Every 3 minutes on the minute for 12 minutes:
7 x Deadlifts (@70% 1RM)
Perform as many repetitions as possible for each
exercise for 20 seconds then rest 10 seconds.
Repeat this 8 times. Record the lowest repetition
count for each exercise:
Push-Ups (Hand Release)
Rest 1 minute.
