Every 3 minutes on the minute for 5 rounds:
5 x Deadlifts (@80% 1RM)

WORKOUT
Do the following exercises for 20 seconds on and
10 seconds off for 5 rounds. Alternate between
the exercises. The goal is good form. No score.
1: Push-Ups
2: Bar Hang

WORKOUT
10 minutes for repetitions:
200m Run
6 x Strict Pull-Ups
12 x Box Jumps (24/20)
