“TABATA”
Perform as many repetitions as possible for each exercise
for 20 seconds then rest 10 seconds. Repeat this 8 times.
Record the lowest repetition count for each exercise:
Push-Ups
Rest 1 minute.
Box Jumps (24/20)
Rest 1 minute.
Ball Slams (30/20)
Rest 1 minute.
Push Presses (75/55)
