20 minutes:
Push/Split Jerks

WORKOUT
In the overhead kettlebell hold, the kettlebell
must be over the hands. If the kettlebell is lowered
before the minute is up, for every 5 seconds short of
the minute, an additional burpee is added to the
burpee total. The burpees can be started immediately
upon lowering of the kettlebell. Technically, you
could skip the hold, but you would have to do
22 burpees.
Every 2 minutes on the minute for 10 minutes:
1 Minute Overhead Kettlebell Hold (53/35)
10 x Burpees On Plate (25)
