WORKOUT
For a team of 3.
Each exercise group has two exercises. 1 member must perform
group 1 and the remaining 2 members perform group 2. The team
cannot move on until all 3 members have completed their exercises.
For time:
Exercise 1:
1: 20 x Handstand Push-Ups
2: 50 x Push-Ups (Competition)
Exercise 2:
1: 800m Run
2: 400m Run
Exercise 3:
1: 20 x Push Presses (135/83)
2: 50 x Squats
Exercise 4:
1: 1600m Run
2: 80 x Burpees
