It’s THROWBACK THURSDAY. For Part 2, we have a workout that
we did back in July 29th, 2011. For some of you legacy members,
you might have done this one and can see if you can better yourself.

Here’s a little crazy history: the workout for July 28th, 2011 was:
3 rounds for time:
10 x Burpees
20 x Sit-Ups
Can you believe how far we’ve come. That’s a warmup today.

400m Run
20 x Burpees
20 x Jumping Jacks
10 x Shoulder Rollovers
10 x Overhead Squats (Dowel)
10 x Toes To Bar
10 x Hip Extensions

PART 2 (TIMECAP: 15 Minutes)

10 x Deadlifts (225/155)
20 x Push-Ups (Hand Release)
