PART 2
For a team of 2.
Only one team member may be working at a time but both members must do the run side by side. The team members may take turns carrying the wall ball during the run.

400m Run Carrying Wall Ball (20/14)
50 x Wall Balls (10/9 Feet) (20/14)
50 x Jumps Over Box (24/20)
