PART 2
For a team of 2.
Only one team member may be working at a time but both members must do the run side by side.
For the sit-ups, one team member must hold the feet of the other team member. The chest must hit the thighs for the sit-up to count.
10 minutes for rounds:
20 x Thrusters (95/65)
30 x Sit-Ups
100m Run

Rest 2 Minutes

10 minutes for rounds:
20 x Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
30 x Push-Ups (Chest To Target)
100m Run
