PART 2 (TIMECAP: 20 Minutes)
For a team of 2.
Only one team member may be working at a time but both members must do the run side by side.
One team member will complete all the “1” exercises and one team member all the “2”. If the weight touches the ground during the runs, both team members must complete 5 burpees immediately.
For time:
1: 30 x Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
2: 20 x Burpees On Plate (45/25)
