2 rounds:

PART 2
Increment the weight each round.
The deadlifts must be touch and go.
Rest 2 minutes between rounds:

PART 3
The back squats can be racked.
Every minute on the minute for 8 rounds:
5 x Back Squats (135/95)
30 Second Handstand Hold
