400m Run
20 x Squats
20 x Jumping Jacks
10 x Shoulder Rollovers
10 x Strict Pull-Ups
10 x Push-Ups
10 x Toes To Bar

PART 2
“CROSSFIT TOTAL”
There is one hour to find the 1RM of the 3 exercises.
Add each result together for the total.
Only 3 attempts may be made for each exercise.
The exercises must be completed in the following order:
Back Squat
Press
Deadlift
