For a team of 2.
One team member must complete each round. There can be no switching during a round.
10 minutes for rounds:
10 x Power Cleans (95/65)
10 x Front Squats (95/65)
Rest 3 minutes.
Only one team member may be working at a time but both members must do the run side by side.
15 minutes for rounds:
200m Run
15 x Thrusters (95/65)
15 x Pull-Ups
