400m Run
20 x Jumping Jacks
20 x Squats
10 x Burpee Pull-Ups
10 x Presses (45/35)
10 x Front Squats (45/35)
10 x Partner Leg Throw Downs

PART 2
For a team of 2.
Only one team member may be working at a time.
Every 3 minutes, increase the repetition count by 2 for both exercises.
Continue until the repetitions cannot be met within the 3 minute window.
Every 3 minutes on the minute until failure:
2 rounds:
10 x Front Squats (95/65)
10 x Pull-Ups
