PART 1
10 minute time limit:
2 Minutes Double-Unders
10 x Shoulder Rollovers
10 x Overhead Squats (Dowel)
10 x Push-Ups
20 x Abmat Butterfly Sit-Ups
10 x Push Presses (45/35)
5 x Push Jerks (45/35)

PART 2
Every 2 minutes on the minute for 5 rounds:
3 x Deadlifts @85% 1RM

PART 3
When beginning the next cycle, continue from where the previous cycle ended.
For example, if one finishes 1 round and ends on the 16th sit-up when the first cycle ends,
they will begin the second cycle with 1 round and starting the 17th sit-up.
Rest 2 minutes between cycles.
Repeat for 3 cycles:
