400m Run
20 x Jumping Jacks
20 x Squats
10 x Shoulder Rollovers
10 x Box Jumps (24/20)
10 x Strict Pull-Ups
10 x Dips

PART 2
Rest 2 minutes between rounds.
3 rounds:
7 x Bench Presses @70% 1RM

PART 3
10 minutes for form:
Pull-Ups

PART 4
The back squats can be racked.
Total the number of toes to bar completed.
Every minute on the minute for 5 rounds:
5 x Back Squats (185/125)
AMRAP Toes To Bar
