It’s THROWBACK THURSDAY. For Part 3, we have a workout that
we did back in June 27th, 2012. Check to see if you have
done either workout and try and better yourself.

PART 1
400m Run
20 x Jumping Jacks
10 x Burpees
10 x Shoulder Rollovers
10 x Overhead Squats (Dowel)
10 x Push-Ups
10 x Behind The Neck Presses (45/35)

PART 2
Use 20 minutes to find your 1RM:
Thruster

PART 3
Every 2 minutes on the minute for 6 rounds:
5 x Thrusters (135/95)
200m Run
