PART 2
AMRAP on the last round.
Every 2 minutes on the minute for 5 rounds:
3 x Thrusters @70% 1RM

PART 3
“TEST WOD”
The pull-up bar must be beyond your standing reach.
5 minutes for rounds:
7 x Strict Pull-Ups
20 x Wall Balls (10/9 Feet) (20/14)
