PART 1
Every 2 minutes on the minute for 5 rounds:
2 x Front Squats @70% 1RM

PART 2
20 minute time limit:

Snatch

PART 3
20 minute time limit:
1-1-1-1-1
Clean & Jerk

PART 4
For each exercise, perform as many repetitions as possible in 20 seconds, the rest 10 seconds.
Repeat 8 times. Rest 1 minute then move on to the next exercise.
Record the total repetitions for each exercise:
GHD Sit-Ups
Parallette Push-Ups
Wall Balls (10/9 Feet) (20/14)
Russian Kettlebell Swings (70/53)
