PART 1
Increment the weight on each successful round.
Rest 2 minutes between rounds.

5 x Front Squats

Rest 2 minutes.

Take the maximum weight done on the front squat and load the bar with 50%.
Complete 20 unbroken front squats.

PART 2
Every 5 minutes on the minute for 4 rounds:
1: 50 x Burpees
2: 50 Calorie Row
3: 50 x Burpees
4: 50 Calorie Row

PART 3
10 minutes for form:
Headstands/Handstands

PART 4
For time:
50 x Toes To Bar
