Every 2 minutes on the minute for 5 rounds:
1: Front Squats @90% 1RM
2: Front Squats @80% 1RM
3: Front Squats @75% 1RM
4: Front Squats @70% 1RM
5: Front Squats @60% 1RM

21-15-9 repetitions for time:
Ring Dips
Squat Snatches (115/75)
