PART 1
“CF OPEN WORKOUT #15.2”
There are 3 minutes to complete a cycle. After each cycle,
increase the repetition count by 2 (12 and 12, 14 and 14, etc.).
The workout ends when the cycle cannot be completed within 3 minutes.
Total the number of repetitions completed.
2 rounds per cycle:
10 x Overhead Squats (95/65)
10 x Chest To Bar Pull-Ups
