“CF OPEN WORKOUT #16.1”
On the walking lunges, each five-foot increment is a repetition.
20 minutes for rounds:
25 Foot Overhead Barbell Walking Lunges (95/65)
8 x Bar Facing Burpees
25 Foot Overhead Barbell Walking Lunges (95/65)
8 x Chest To Bar Pull-Ups

Due to space limitations, for those members not participating
in the CrossFit Open, the following will be the workout:

8 x Bar Facing Burpees
