PART 2
Every 2:30 minutes on the minute for 5 rounds:
Front Squats
3×75% | 3×75% | 3×80% | 3×80% | 3×85%

PART 3
Perform as many repetitions as possible in 20 seconds, then rest 10 seconds.
Repeat 8 times. Rest 1 minute between exercises. Record the lowest score of each exercise.
