PART 1
You must start at least 70% of your 1RM.
Increment the weight on each successful round.
Every 2 minutes on the minute for 5 rounds:
3 x Cleans

PART 2
Every 2 minutes on the minute for 5 rounds:
5 x Push Jerks @80% 1RM

PART 3
Perform as many repetitions as possible in 20 seconds, then rest 10 seconds.
Repeat 8 times. Rest 1 minute between exercises. Record the lowest score of each exercise.

Russian Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
Thrusters (135/95)
Burpees
