PART 1
Every 3 minutes on the minute for 3 rounds:
AMRAP Unbroken Strict Pull-Ups

PART 2
Perform as many repetitions as possible in 20 seconds, then rest 10 seconds.
Repeat 8 times. Rest 1 minute between exercises.
