PART 1
For each exercise, perform as many repetitions as possible in 20 seconds,
the rest 10 seconds. Repeat 8 times. Rest 1 minute then move on to the
next exercise. Record the lowest repetition count for each exercise:
Push-Ups
Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (75/55)
GHD Sit-Ups
Hip Extensions
Double-Unders
