Deadlifts must be touch and go.
Every 2 minutes on the minute for 5 rounds:
1-4: 5 x Deadlifts @75% 1RM
5: AMRAP Deadlifts @75% 1RM

PART 2
For time:
100 x Walking Lunges
50 x Dips
50 x Push-Ups
50 x Burpees
