PART 1
Deadlifts must be touch and go.
Every 2 minutes on the minute for 5 rounds:
1-4: 3 x Deadlifts @85% 1RM
5: AMRAP Deadlifts @85% 1RM

PART 2
5 rounds for time:
3 x Muscle-Ups
10 x GHD Sit-Ups
30 x Double-Unders

PART 3
3 rounds for form:
30 Second Side Plank (Each Side)
10 x Pistols (Alternating)
15 x Strict Ring Dips
