PART 1
For plate push-ups, put two 45 pound plates side by side
and put your hands on them. Your chest must hit the plate.
Ever 2 minutes on the minute for 5 rounds:
20 x Plate Push-Ups
20 x Butterfly Sit-Ups

PART 2
Rest 1 minute between rounds.
5 rounds:
AMRAP Unbroken Strict Pull-Ups
