PART 1
“CROSSFIT TOTAL”
Use one hour to find the 1RM for each exercise. Add each result together for the total.
Only 3 attempts may be made for each exercise.
The exercises must be completed in the following order:
Back Squat
Press
Deadlift

PART 2
For form:
3 Total Minute Elbow Plank
1 Total Minute Side Plank (Each Side)
1 Total Minute Handstand Hold
