PART 1
Every 2 minutes on the minute for 5 rounds:
1-4: 5 x Overhead Squats @70% 1RM
5: AMRAP Overhead Squats @70% 1RM
PART 2
Perform as many repetitions as possible in 20 seconds, then rest 10 seconds.
Repeat 8 times for each exercise. Rest 1 minute between exercises.
Record the total repetitions for each exercise:
Push-Ups
Grasshoppers
Abmat Butterfly Sit-Ups
