PART 1
AMRAP the last round.
Every 2 minutes on the minute for 5 rounds:
1 x Deadlift @90% 1RM

PART 2
Perform as many repetitions as possible in 20 seconds, then rest 10 seconds. Repeat 8 times for each exercise. Rest 1 minute between exercises. Record the total repetitions for each exercise:

Grasshoppers
Double-Unders
