PART 1
For kettlebell push-ups, your hands are on the kettlebell and not the handles. Your chest must touch the handle for a repetition.
12 minutes for rounds:
20 x Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
20 x Kettlebell Push-Ups

PART 2
Perform as many repetitions as possible in 20 seconds, then rest 10 seconds. Repeat 8 times. Record the total calories:
