Use one hour to find the 1RM for each exercise. Add each result together for the total. Only 3 attempts may be made for each exercise. The exercises must be completed in the following order:

Press
Deadlift
PART 2

1 Total Minute Side Plank (Each Side)
1 Total Minute Handstand Hold
