PART 2
As many repetitions as possible in 2 minutes:
Push-Ups

PART 3
Perform as many repetitions as possible in 20 seconds, then rest 10 seconds. Repeat 8 times. Record the total repetitions:
Butterfly Sit-Ups

PART 4
For each squat, take 5 seconds to go down and 5 to go up.
For form:
20 x Squats
