PART 1
The D-Ball carry must be in the frontal plane.
The burpees must be done on the D-Ball and finished with a clap overhead.
15 minutes for rounds:
5 x Presses @60% 1RM
100m D-Ball Carry (100/70)
10 x Burpees On D-Ball (100/70)

PART 2
5 rounds for form:
10 x Front Raises
10 x Side Raises
10 x Bent Over T-Raises
