Every minute on the minute for 5 rounds:
10 x Plate Around The Worlds (Each direction)

PART 3
Start with a light plate to make it through all 5 rounds then increase the weight the next time you do it.
Rest 1 minute between rounds.
5 rounds for form:
20 x Plate Cross Uppercuts (Each Side)
