If you have not been actively lifting weights, only push to about 90% of your max effort. This will give you a good base to start from.
“CROSSFIT TOTAL”
Use one hour to find the 1RM for each exercise. Add each result together for the total. Only 3 attempts may be made for each exercise. The exercises must be completed in the following order:
Back Squat
Press
Deadlift
