PART 1
Deadlifts must be touch and go.
Every 2 minutes on the minute for 5 rounds:
1-4: 5 x Deadlifts @70% 1RM
5: AMRAP Deadlifts @70% 1RM

PART 2
Great: 8 Minutes
Good: 12 Minutes
Alternate your legs on the box step-ups. The kettlebell push presses can be broken up in any way as long as each arm completes 10 reps.

20 x Kettlebell Goblet Box Step-Ups (53/35) (24/20)
20 x Kettlebell Push Presses (53/35)
