This is the standard CrossFit class that offers a balanced variety of movements to help improve a member’s fitness. These classes will continue to challenge even the most experienced CrossFitter. Only the most advanced CrossFit movements are excluded from these classes. To attend, a member will have finished the introduction classes, be familiar with most CrossFit movements, and be tracking at least there basic statistics (1RM, 500m row time, etc.).
This class is for members who wish to improve their movements and form. There is a focus on gymnastics and basic barbell movements. This is an excellent class for beginning CrossFitters or experienced members who wish to brush up on their form.
The advanced class is for members that wish to push there fitness to the next level. They have a goal to be a competitive CrossFitter or have exceptional fitness. Members wishing to attend these classes should be experienced and demonstrate the ability to perform most CrossFit movements at a high level. There is a physical test that must be passed before a member can attend these classes.
